How to Become An Affiliate School.......

Complete an ICBT Affiliate Application

Have completed and submit a Ministerial/Personal Reference Form.

Remit the $150.00 Annual Affiliate Fee

(up to 20 students; $5.00 additional per student above 20)

Complete and submit the Curriculum Purchase Agreement by choosing one of the following:

Option A:

$3,000.00 payable to ICBT

(10% discount for cash)

Includes: Administrator/Student Catalog, 1st Year Course Packets (12) on CD or hard copy.

The Annual Affiliation fee is an additional charge.

Option B:

$1,000.00 Processing and Materials Fee

30% tuition Payment per Student

Includes: Administrator/Student Catalog, 1st Trimester (4) Course Packets on CD or hard copy.

The Annual Affiliation fee is an additional charge.

Option C:

$500.00 Processing and Materials Fee

50% Tuition Payment per Student

Includes: Administrator/Student Catalog, 1st Trimester (4) Course Packets on CD or hard copy.

The Annual Affiliation fee is an additional charge.

Additional Charges:

1. All Students must be registered with the Home Office. The registration portion is to be sent to the Curriculum Home Office for perpetual record keeping. This portion is 25% of what is charged the student and a minimum of $10.00. For example: $100.00 registration charge = $25.00 to the Home Office. $25.00 registration charge = $10.00 to the Home Office.

2. Students with a reasonable work history/experience, college background (graduated or attended) and or ministerial experience MUST be evaluated to determine Bible College placement. An Evaluation fee is charged by the Home Office, depending on the number of credits awarded.

3. Graduation Fees are paid to the Home Office.

It is easy to become an ICBT Affiliate School, but it is a must to have an Administrator who is gifted in that area to have a successful school. They must be in place before the School starts, and preferably from the point of decision to host a School.
